Symphina rebuilds older small-business websites so they load fast, work properly on phones and cost less to keep running. We build the new version first. You compare it with the site you have now, and then you decide.

We look at your public website
We check how it performs, how it looks on a phone and what it's built with. Only the parts anyone can see in a browser. We never log in or test for weaknesses.

We rebuild it
Same pages, same words, same photos, same page addresses. The new version is a modern, lightweight site with nothing to patch and no plugins to update.

You see it side by side
We send you a private preview link. It's marked as a demonstration, it isn't public and search engines can't find it.

You decide
If you want it, we move your site over with you, on your schedule. If you don't, we delete the preview. There's nothing to cancel.

- A static site has no database to wait on. Pages arrive in a fraction of a second, even on a weak phone signal.

- No content management system on a server means no admin login to guess and no plugins falling out of date. That removes a lot of risk, though no website is risk-free.

- We keep your existing links, so bookmarks and search results keep working. If one has to change, we redirect it.

- Nothing about your domain or hosting changes until you've approved it.

What it costs
There are two parts, and you only need the first.
- The rebuild
- A one-time fee to replace your current site with the new one. You'll get a quote after you've seen your preview, not before.
- Hosting and care, if you want it
- A monthly plan that covers hosting, your security certificate, uptime monitoring, small text and photo updates, and a person to email when you need something.
Questions
Why did I get a preview I didn't ask for?
We look for business websites that could use an update, rebuild a few of them and offer the owners a look. It's easier to show you than to describe it. You're under no obligation, and if you'd rather not hear from us again, tell us and we won't contact you.
Is my preview public?
No. It lives at a private link, it's labeled as a demonstration, and it's hidden from search engines. We don't publish anything with your name on it unless you ask us to.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. If the new site isn't for you, we delete the preview.
Will switching hurt my search ranking?
We keep your page addresses wherever we can and set up redirects for any that change, which is what search engines recommend when a site moves. Faster, mobile-friendly pages tend to help rather than hurt.
What if my site does something you can't see from the outside?
Some things, like where your contact form sends email or how a booking tool is set up, aren't visible in a browser. We'll list anything like that before you decide, and set it up with you if you go ahead.
Can I still make changes myself?
Yes. On the care plan you can email us changes. If you'd rather manage it yourself, we'll hand over the files and show you how.
